Located in Southeast Calgary, the Fire Training Academy (FTA) is a premier facility dedicated to training firefighters and emergency service personnel. Our academy provides a controlled and safe environment for individuals engaged in crucial training exercises, focusing on high-angle rescue, water rescue, and more.
With a commitment to enhancing the skills of firefighters and technical rescue teams, we operate year-round. The academy plays a vital role in preparing emergency responders for various challenging scenarios, ensuring they are ready to protect and serve the community effectively.
